Off-Campus Housing
Many upper division and transfer students live off campus in apartments and houses throughout Boulder and its surrounding areas. Living in an apartment can be a wonderful experience, but especially as a transfer student it can be hard to find the right place to live and the right people to live with. Fortunately, The Off-Campus Student Services Office has resources to make these decisions much easier. Their office maintains a list of rooms, houses and apartments for rent in the Boulder area, as well as a list of people seeking roommates. They are also a great source of information about tricky subjects like signing leases, dealing with landlords, handling roommate conflicts and other housing concerns. Residence Halls
After their freshman year most students live off campus in apartments, but when space is available some upper division students choose to remain in one of the 22 residence halls on campus which offer conveniences of an excellent location and services like dinning halls and other residential academic programs. The Quadrangle Community Residential Program is of special interest to engineering students because the residence halls are located close to the engineering school and the program offers academic support services geared towards engineers.
