practice can help you stay healthy, improve your ability to concentrate,
and be in tune with present emotions. Shelly Miller is a trained
fitness and dance teacher and has taught a variety of movement classes
for over 13 years. She is a devoted yogi and dancer of the 5Rhythms™.
Shelly Miller is an environmental and Mechanical engineering professor
at the University of Colorado, Boulder, where she teaches and mentors
