Is
the Peace Corps for you?
Are you interested in experiencing
another culture? Acquiring international work experience? Learning a new
language? If so, the Peace Corps may be the
opportunity for you!
Everyone is invited to a Peace Corps Information Session to find out more about
opportunities in agriculture, education, the environment, health, HIV/AIDS
prevention, business, IT development and other areas. Returned Volunteers will
be there to recall their experiences in the Peace Corps.

SOURCE Laser Tag is Back ! ! !
Come
join us during this community building event for an evening of fun and
excitement with the futuristic TRONsystem laser-gaming experience! Bring your
friends anytime between 4pm-8pm on Tuesday, March 4th and battle against your
classmates and student group members. This event is FREE, and light refreshments
will be served while you wait to take the laser combat field. You do not need to
come with a team, we will organize teams at a sign-up table at the event. Feel
free to contact me with any questions regarding this event. Please forward to
your lists so we can get the whole community involved! We look forward to seeing
you there!!!
WIEP Free Tutoring
Get help with a variety of subjects from the WIEP in-house tutor. Alena
will be available Mondays 2 p.m. - 5 p.m., Tuesdays 1 p.m. - 2 p.m., Wednesdays
12 p.m. - 4 p.m. and Thursdays 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. Drop in for tutoring and

Career and Financial Opportunities
STEM Learning Assistant Program Info Session
The
STEM Learning Assistant Program will take place at 6:00pm on Wednesday, March 5th
in MCDB A120.
Find out
how to become a Learning Assistant at CU in 2008-09. Learning Assistants are
undergraduate students (all class levels and majors) who work 6-10 hours/week
helping freshmen and sophomore students to more effectively learn class material
in their large science and math courses. Learning Assistants work closely with
enrolled students and conduct interactive small group discussions. The benefits
of being a Learning Assistant include: teaching experience, weekly training and
good pay.

UMC 235. Bring your student ID! This event showcases
